How To Setup AdSense

If you can answer yes to all three questions below, you are ready to start making money with Google’s AdSense program.

1. Are you the owner of a website or a blog?
2. Are your website/blog updated weekly or daily?
3. Does your website/blog have visitors?  

You have to start at http://www.gmail.com to register for a Gmail account.  You have to provide serious and true details!

The next step is to go to http://adsense.google.com/ and register for a Google AdSense account. You need to fill out a lot of details about your website, your account details and so on.

After registering you will recieve af code from Google via Postal Service within a couple of weeks. Fill in the code, and your will be ready to make money.

While you wait for your code you can already start to get used to the different types of AdSense code that Google provides for you. It will only show beneficial commercials until you punch in the code, and you will not be rewarded cash during that time. The sooner you get started, the sooner you will be earning.

Tip! If you have more than one webpage or blog, you can use the same Google AdSense Account, for all your sites.

First step is to go to http://adsense.google.com/ and sign up for the AdSense Program. If you do not have an email you can get one for free at http://www.gmail.com/

You fill out the application forms, as seen at the screenshot below. Click for full size image! Fill in your URL and your language and check the check-boxes, stating that you will NOT use the ads at pornographic websites or websites with incentives to click on ads.

Fill in your account type and choose your country. Fill in your name, adress, city and zipcode. Check the check-boxes. Fill in your email adress.

Tell Google how you heard about the AdSense program to help them build statistics and check the last three check-boxes, confirming you have read the politics of the program and that you will NOT click on your own ads and banners. Should you already have an AdSense Account, there is no need to make a new one. Just log in to your existing account.

After a few weeks you will receive a letter from Google, via your local postal service, which provides futher details on how to activate your account.

You do not need to wait weeks to get started. Once you filled out the form you are able to log in to your account, and start preparing your ads, banners or personal search engine. The first page you meet is your personal account status page, which shows for example how much you have earned today, yesterday or the last month.
